How do I get a quote?
Fill in the online enquiry. It takes about two minutes and you can add photos or a short video. We reply within one working day, usually with a survey slot, and the survey is followed by a fixed written quote.
Will the price change once you start?
No. The quote is the price, and it moves only if the scope does. You approve an itemised scope before any work starts, so you know exactly what's included.
How do payments work?
Larger projects are staged: a deposit, a midpoint payment and the balance at completion. Your quote sets out what's due and when.
Are you insured?
Yes. We're fully insured on every job.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. CG·Maintenance covers the small stuff, from a sticking door to a half day working through your to-do list. Repairs start from £100.
